  • I understand that Life Coaching is a relationship I have with my coach that is designed to  facilitate the creation and development of personal, professional or business goals and to  develop and carry out strategies and plans for achieving those goals.

  • I understand that Life Coaching is a comprehensive process that may involve all areas of my life,  work, finances, health, relationships, education and recreation. I acknowledge that deciding  how to handle these issues and implement my choices is exclusively my responsibility.

  •  I understand that Life Coaching is not to be used in lieu of professional advice. I will seek  professional guidance for legal, medical, financial, business, spiritual or other matters. I  understand that all decisions in these areas are exclusively mine and I acknowledge that my  decisions and my actions regarding them are my responsibility.

  • I understand that each coaching hour consists of 45 minutes talk time with the coach and 15  minutes preparation and note taking.

  • I understand if I cease my life coaching sessions once they have commenced, no refund will be issued.

  • I hereby release, waive, acquit and forever discharge my Coach, any agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs and employees from every claim, suit action, demand or right to compensation for damages I may claim to have or that I may have arising out of acts or omissions by myself or by my Coach as a result of the advice given by my Coach or otherwise resulting from the coaching relationship contemplated by this agreement. I further declare and represent that no promise, inducement or agreement not expressed in this agreement has been made to me to sign this agreement. This agreement shall bind my heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, assigns, and agents.
